our team's participation in each tournament . . . no proration or refund if tournament
is cancelled or duration is shortened for any reason (i.e., inclement weather,
team not qualifying for medal contention, other teams not showing up, manager/coach's
decision, etc.).
Lodging and meals, with the exception of the Cooperstown tournaments, are the responsibility of the player and his family.
Note: No player or family has ever missed out, or not participated, because of limited/lack of financial
resources...we will always work things out.
