Player fees will be handled on a per tournament basis.
All lodging and meal expenses, with the exception of the Cooperstown tournaments,
are the responsibility of the player/family
...not the team. The player fees are based on the length of a tournament, team entry fee, etc. All issued uniform items (jerseys, hats, shirts, etc.) become personal property of the player, and are his to keep.
We intend to do whatever is feasible and practical to encourage and enable player/family involvement. It is important to communicate clearly and specifically with me on the topic of player fees in order to avoid any awkwardness or errors of assumption regarding who is participating with which age-group team, when, and where. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this matter...we are now in the process of formulating current and next year age-group tournament teams. Note: No player or family has ever missed out, or not participated, because of limited/lack of financial resources... we will always work things out.
